168° Modern Cuisine

Today was James’s and my four year anniversary and to celebrate we went for a lovely dinner at a restaurant called 168° Modern Cuisine. It’s described as Asian-European cuisine. The staff were really lovely. We had some springroll/crepe hybrids for entrees, and James chose chicken for his main while I chose salmon. He was telling me how horridly dry my choice of “well done” salmon would be, but it was surprisingly really moist inside and tasted delicious. I mean, every other time I eat raw salmon (I dig that stuff…) so I was thinking it wouldn’t be that bad.

The green tea ice cream was a wonderful way to end the evening. We even got a complimentary piece of peppermint chocolate as we walked out. :B
